Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on Pueblo Chelles Southwestern Jewelry.com. Placing an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

The Goods
We endeavor to give as much  information as is reasonable about the products we sell. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving the most accurate description of the goods as possible. Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods and delivery will be as shown at the time when you place your order.

For International Orders Only: We are entitled to make adjustments to the price for international delivery. We will inform you of the correct delivery price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received.

 

You may also pay by check or money order although we cannot ship your order until payment has been cleared which can take as long as 10 days. Please mail your check or money order as soon as possible after your purchase. Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Delivery Charges
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the price of the products when added to the shopping cart. 

 

Delivery Times
Shipping will normally be made within 24 hours  from clearance of payment. We will endeavor to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

Risk
Once we have delivered the goods to your door you are responsible for them. We will only deliver your order to the delivery address on the order. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. We must be notified immediately of any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied at the time of delivery .

Product Guarantees
All products supplied are covered  for a period of 12 months. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. Repairs or replacement (at our discretion) will be made at no charge to you during this time. You are only responsible for the cost of return shipping. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.

Returned Goods
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for full credit.  It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you do not notify us within 7 days and return the items within 7 days of notification, your right to cancel will be withdrawn.

General
The terms and conditions shown above do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to the terms and conditions as detailed above.
